Risk Management
Stoic.ai employs a meticulously prudent risk management approach that aligns with the core principles of Stoicism.
Fixed Income strategy:- Only top-15 most liquid and trusted assets are included in the universe (each of them can be used as a collateral for the positions on futures)
- Max position in a single asset is limited by 10%
- Collateral size is always equal to the position size, therefore the liquidation risk is minimized
- Hourly monitoring of funding fee rates and quick exit from the position if it has a high negative funding fee rates
- Market-neutral execution: the imbalance between long and short positions is limited to the size of a single order
